Special formula for cleaner fermentation.
Dissolve 6kg of sugar into 8 litres of hot water. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved before continuing.
To up to 25 litres with cold water.
Make sure the liquid temperature is below 40degC then add the Turbo Yeast. Continue to stir until no yeast particles are visible. Allow to ferment at 20 – 30degC air temperature for 1 – 2 days. For a pure fermentation the air temperature must be a maximum 30degC.
