Prestige Yellow French Pastis

An aniseed flavoured. spicy, yellow beverage that emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 23g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it has fully blended. Drink neat or mixed with 5 parts water, tonic or orange juice. Compares well with Pernod.  Also available in 280ml and 1000ml bottles.
