Alcohol shot version of toffee with a bit more bite. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add 20ml of flavouring and 230g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until all the sugar is dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it has fully blended. Also available in 20ml and 280ml bottles. Cocktail suggestion in ‘Description’ below.

Try Toffee Vodka with Prosecco and raspberries – using a martini glass or champagne flute place 2 or 3 raspberries in the bottom of the glass. Pour equal amounts of Toffee Vodka and Raspberry Syrup into the glass up to threequarters full then top up with Prosecco.
