Ferments up to 11% ABV using molasses. Add 6.4kg of molasses to a 25L fermenting bin and add 5 litres of boiling water. Stir until dissolved then top up to 25L with cold water before adding the Rum Turbo Yeast. Stir until fully mixed. Start gravity should be around1.140 and finish 1.055 – 1.060 to yield 11% ABV.
