Made by infusing brandy with cherries and sugar. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add 20ml of the flavouring and 120g of granulated sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended. Drink as a liqueur or in mixed drinks. Also available in 20ml and 1000ml bottles.
