Traditionally made with the dried peels of the ‘haraha’ fruit, a bitter orange native to Curacao. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 200g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended. Cocktail suggestion in ‘Description’ below.
