Black Bull Turbo Yeast is a temperature tolerant turbo yeast that is suited for mash, fruit schnapps and alco base. This sachet (90gms) will ferment 6 kg of sugar to 15% alcohol and 8 kg of sugar to 18% alcohol in 25 litres total volume.
Instructions. Dissolve 6 – 8 kg of sugar into 6 litres of hot or boiling water. Make sure the sugar has completely dissolved before continuing. Top up to 25 litres with cold water and continue to stir until completely mixed. Make sure the liquids temperature is below 39 deg C, then add the yeast. Stir until no yeast particles are visible. Allow to ferment at 20 – 28 deg C (62 – 82 deg F) air temperature for 3 – 5 days (or 7 – 10 days for 8 kg of sugar) until fermentation stops.
