Based on neutral alcohol flavoured with an extract made from both the distillation and infusion of bananas and sweetened with sugar. Pour 750ml 0f base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add 20ml of the flavouring and 275g of granulated sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended, Cocktail suggestion in ‘Description’ below.
