Prestige Anisette

An anise-flavoured liqueur that is consumed in most Mediterraneum countries. It is colourless, and because it contains sugar is sweeter than dry anise-flavoured spirits. Pour 750ml of base alcohol into a 1 litre jug, add the contents of this bottle and 260g of sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Pour the mixture into a 1 litre bottle and shake until it is fully blended.
