Lorann Watermelon Oil

Use for all your flavouring needs: candy, chocolate, truffles, fondant, frosting, fudge, cakes, cupcakes, shortbread etc. These flavourings are three to four times stronger than water or alcohol based flavourings or extracts and accepted as amongst  the best available. Soluble in water and Kosher certified they contain no artificial flavours, no vegetable oils, are sugar free and gluten free. When substituting for extracts use 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Where just a hint of flavour is needed we suggest adding the flavour by the drop using an eyedropper/pipette until the required intensity is achieved. This product is supplied  in a 1 dram bottle = 3.7mls.

This flavour is suitable for use with chocolate.
